Enggsol reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Enggsol's total aggregate liability shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enggsol and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of a third party.
• Any inaccurate or misleading information you have provided to Enggsol.

Enggsol reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or any Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
