IT Sales Executive / Enterprise Support / Sales Support

About this job

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure designated sector revenue targets are achieved or exceeded
  • Prospect and close sales to expand customer base and increase market share
  • Manage and upsell to existing portfolio of accounts to be assigned
  • Hunt for accounts and create sales opportunities
  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain useful customer usage information and report key performance indexes
  • Regular reporting and updates on sales progress.
  • Working together in a tightly knitted sales team reporting to the sales manager.


Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 4 years sales experience in solutions selling
  • In-depth knowledge of IT (System Integrator) and/or Telco environments
  • Specializing in Enterprise or SME clients
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills
